In a significant move towards empowering women entrepreneurs, the Business Center Corporation (BCC) has unveiled an exciting opportunity for women to showcase and sell their products at the Hiyala Weekend Market in Hulhumale. Aligned with the government’s 14-week roadmap, this initiative aims to create a dedicated space for the sale of women’s products, fostering a vibrant marketplace for local talent.

Key Features:

  • Time to Shine: The Hiyala Weekend Market will be open every Friday and Saturday, creating a dynamic space for business from 4 pm to 11 pm.
  • Kiosk Rentals: BCC is offering 10 well-designed kiosks, each covering 64 SQFT, available for rent. This provides a unique platform for women entrepreneurs to connect with their target customers.

Affordable Opportunity: Kiosks are available for rent at an affordable MVR 300 per weekend, making it an accessible opportunity for women to promote their businesses.

How to Participate:

  • Open to All Maldivian Women: To participate, applicants must be Maldivian citizens, at least 18 years old, and women.
